Mr. Cook is a mining engineer with more than 40 years of professional experience in all facets of mining development, operations and management. He has held senior management positions with major mining companies, including Vice President - Engineering, LAC Minerals and Vice President - Mining, Goldcorp. Mr. Cook has also been instrumental in the management of several TSX-V companies.

John Perry, MBA, CPA
Director
Mr. Perry has over 17 years of experience in the metals and mining industry and currently serves as President and CEO of Nord Resources Corporation. Prior to joining Nord Resources, Mr. Perry was Vice President, Director with CB Richard Ellis, International Mining and Metals Group, he has held various positions with BHP Billiton Base Metals and BHP Copper Inc., including: Vice President Finance with BHP Billiton Base Metals from August 2002 to November 2003; President, BHP Copper, Inc., from August 1999 to August 2002; and Vice President Fianance and Administration for BHP Copper, Inc. Mr. Perry is a Certified Public Accountant.
Nicholas Tintor
President & CEO, Director
Mr. Tintor is a geologist with more than 25
years of experience in the mining industry, most recently as President of Anaconda
Gold. Mr. Tintor has been involved with all aspects of the management of junior mining company, including finance and project acquisition. Mr. Tintor began his career in the field as an exploration geologist for Urangesellschaft (Canada) Ltd. and the Ontario Geological Survey. Most recently, Mr. Tintor has been involved as an officer or director of companies such as Andina Minerals,
San Anton Resources, and Moto Gold Mines.
