Stephen Coates
President and CEO
Mr. Coates is a Principal of Grove Capital Group since October 2009. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Homeland Energy Group Ltd (HEG) a position he held from December 2004 to October 2009. In 2003, Mr. Coates formed Grove Communications Inc. to provide communications and business development services to small-cap public companies primarily in the mining industry and, in August 2006, Mr. Coates resigned as President of Grove Communications Inc. remaining as Chairman. In May 2001 Mr. Coates joined Independent Equity Research Corp. as Vice President, Business Development and, from June 1999 to May 2001, Mr. Coates served in Communications with the Government of Ontario, including as Special Assistant to Premeir Mike Harris. Mr. Coates graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
Avrom Howard, MSc, FGA, P.Geo,

Mr. Howard is a minerals exploration geologist with 30 years experience across North America and around the world, most recently President of Odyssey Resources Limited. Mr. Howard's dedication to and innovation in the metals and gem sectors has created an international reputation of success. Experience working for and running public mineral exploration business gives this field geologist a particular understanding of the key elements for success.

Geoffrey Kritzinger
CFO
Mr. Kritzinger graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He then spent four years with KPMG in Edmonton, obtaining his CA designation in 1986. After a further period in public accounting, Mr. Kritzinger worked as controller for two years for a clothing importer of upscale menswear. From 2001 to 2008 he was a partner with Shimmerman Penn LLP, a mid-sized accounting firm in Toronto, where he managed a large audit practice, including public company clients in the junior mining sector and private companies in industries including health care, manufacturing and distribution. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Kritziner was Chief Financial Officer of Enquest Energy Services Corp. (ENQ:TSX-V), an oilfield services company with annualized revenue in excess of $150 million. Prior to his appointment as CFO of Enquest, he was also a member of the Practice Inspection Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
