(Tony) Kovschak, Jr. M.Sc., PGeo, CPG
Exploration Consultant
Mr. Kovschak, formerly a senior uranium geologist with Union Carbide, was based
in the uranium mining town of Uravan, Colorado, in the heart of the USA’s
uranium mining region for several years. Additionally, he obtained considerable
experience in uranium exploration across the USA and around the world, prior
to joining Mesa State College, in Grand Junction, Colorado as a lecturer in Geology.
He left teaching to join Homeland in 2007 where his expertise and experience
in uranium exploration continues to contribute to the company’s success
in identifying and advancing its uranium assets.
Boubacar Manou, B.Eng, MIS
Project Manager, Niger
Mr. Manou, a former senior bureaucrat in the government of Niger, spent over
fifteen years working on the development of Niger’s mineral and energy
policies. He was a Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Niger between 2005
and 2007, specifically on mining and energy policies. Working with various
international agencies, Mr. Manou obtained considerable experience and expertise
of the type required to manage projects with international reporting criteria.
Dan Goni Dan Zouleye, B.Eng
Senior Project Geologist
Mr. Dan Goni, obtained his Bachelor’s of Engineering in Nigeria, in
1999. Following a stint with a number of petroleum companies in Nigeria, including
Shell, he worked as a field geologist for the Niger Ministry of Mines and Energy.
Prior to joining Homeland in 2007, Mr. Dan Goni taught Physics and Chemistry
at a high school, since which he has played an increasingly senior role in
advancing the company’s assets in Niger.
